Nowadays photo retouching finds various applications. In the hands of a skilled graphic artist modern digital methods can produce amazing results in collages/montages, background replacements, removing blemishes, enhancing colors, sharpening images, portrait effects, vignettes, and other special effects.
The following images are a few samples of digital photo retouching of jewelry that I did for an online jewelry store. The photo retouching included removing background, camera reflections, blemishes, poor lighting and enhancing colors of the photographs.
